 "Blue Moon Over Marion -1913"

I got the idea for this painting after seeing a photograph in a book on Marion history. It seems that arches were placed over Center street in 1903 as a tribute to the Spanish American war veterans. The photo further stated that the arches were electrified in 1913. I thought that showing them lit at night would be an interesting painting.
